Working Together - building win-win relationships 

I would like to invite you to participate in developmental coaching sessions.  The aim of this program is to increase your self-awareness about personal attitude in communication and to improve your professional relationships by building trust and win-win approach.

As part of the program, I offer a 360-degree individual diagnostic tool (LSI - Life Styles Inventory or L/I - Leadership Impact) from the renowned company Human Synergistics - (www.humansynergistics.com).

After discussing the results of the diagnosis, I work with the client to develop a working plan for the next 3-4 months. During this time we meet once a month to monitor and modify the change process on an ongoing basis.
